All orders within the US will take 12 business days to be processed and leave our warehouse. This does not include weekends or holidays.
All international orders will be processed and leaves our warehouse within 10- 14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
All pre- orders will be processed and leaves our warehouse within 10 - 14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, your carrier or delivery company will have an additional time period to deliver your order to your doorsteps. Your order will now appear to be in transit. This may take an additional 5-7 business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

How to use

- Separate and part your locs as you desire.

- Distribute the product evenly along the part line using comb or finger

- Then along the same part, apply Loc Jelly by squeezing the bottle gently from beginning of the part to the end.

- Use your preferred method of Retwisting and watch how silky smooth the results are.

Tips:
Also use our Retwisting Gel on edges or breakage for the perfect combo.

Always apply Jelly after Gel, sit under the dryer and watch any residue from the gel dissolve away.

How often to use

For Retwists:

Use this gel on your retwist days — it’s formulated for long-lasting hold and a clean finish that doesn’t cause buildup over time.

Apply directly to the roots during your scheduled retwist, and pair it with a protective style like barrels or two-strand twists for maximum hold and extended results.

Recommended Retwist Routine:

Every 6–8 weeks (matured locs)
Every 4–5 weeks (starter locs straight or wavy hair)
Every 5–6 weeks (starter locs curly or coily hair)

Tip: Don’t overwash or over-retwist—let your hair breathe between sessions for the best long-term health.

For Edges:
You can use a small amount daily or as needed to style and lay edges. A little goes a long way — apply gently with a soft brush or edge tool for a smooth, flake-free finish.
