All international orders will be processed and leaves our warehouse within 10- 14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
All pre- orders will be processed and leaves our warehouse within 10 - 14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once the package leaves our warehouse, your carrier or delivery company will have an additional time period to deliver your order to your doorsteps. Your order will now appear to be in transit. This may take an additional 5-7 business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

How to use

Hydration Mist
Hold the bottle about 6 inches from your head and spray our Hydration Mist evenly throughout your scalp, new growth and loc shaft or loose natural hair. Use your fingers to evenly distribute the product from root to tip, encouraging thorough coverage.

Stimulating Oil
Apply our Hydration Mist directly to your scalp and hair every day in the AM or PM on wet or dry hair. Using short, quick presses to release drops throughout the scalp, start applying the oil. don’t forget your hair line. Pour oil into palm and rub along the shaft of your locs. Massage in to help distribute and absorb into the scalp/ hair then leave it on.

Loc Butter
Simply scoop a small amount into your palm, rub between your hands until it transforms into an oily consistency, then apply evenly to damp or dry hair. Please store in your refrigerator to maintain consistency year round.

How often to use

The routine consists of you misting daily. You can choose whether you'd like to mist in the morning or night. That is personal preference. You can also mist multiple times per day.

Oiling should take place every 2-3 days and you should mist before you oil.

The Loc Butter should be used alternatively with the oil. One day you oil, the next you should butter. See each individual product for more details.
